Opelousas is a tiny city, but I love its diversity and how it overflows with friendly small-town charm. We’re the Zydeco capital of the world, and it’s understandable why our historic downtown area is a favorite spot for locals to walk around, do some window shopping, listen to music and find great food to eat. My wife and I have enjoyed living here since 1978. We have three grown children, five grandchildren and seven dogs. We’re quite a large group when we get together, which happens often since we all have homes on a shared eight-acre family plot of land. As a father and a grandfather, I love getting to watch the younger generations grow.
I’ve represented Allstate since 1984. Prior to becoming an agent, I worked in the construction business and traveled all over. There are so many things that I enjoy about this business, from assisting customers as they make decisions that help protect what matters to getting a chance to make a difference in my community. Being an Allstate agent allows me to make connections in my community in a way I wouldn’t otherwise be able to. That’s what makes this job so rewarding.
At my agency, there are five licensed agents on our French-bilingual staff. I hold a securities license and offer a range of Allstate insurance and retirement products and services. Stop by for a visit with our courteous, friendly and helpful staff.
