The Foundation

In 2020, through the financial and administrative support of the St. Landry Chamber,  a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization was formed, the St. Landry Chamber Foundation. This new organization was developed to serve the community at large through initiatives focused not only on economic development but the strengthening of our public welfare and growth. The  Foundation partners with the St. Landry Chamber of  Commerce, as well as its members, to develop programs associated with professional development, community service, community development, beautification, and much more. We ask you to join us as we begin this journey through participation in our upcoming programs and initiatives.

LEADERSHIP ST. LANDRY

When the Leaders of St. Landry are strong the future is bright! The St. Landry Chamber Foundation is dedicated to developing well rounded leaders in the community through providing insight into the major industries affecting economic development and commerce. Participants will experience immersive Program Days which include panels, tours, keynotes, leadership development, community resource awareness, and teambuilding activities that focus on the fields of Healthcare, Education, State Government, Local Government, Workforce Development and Media/ Tourism, Infrastructure, and Economic Development in St. Landry Parish.

JUNIOR CEO CAMP

Are you looking for a fun, educational and safe program for your child this summer? Look no further, The St. Landry Chamber of Commerce Jr. CEO Camp is held each summer to encourage and develop young entrepreneurs. A week long event including Guppy Tank competition and a Pop-up shop to support children ages 8-14 by teaching them how to start a business, financial literacy, responsibility, goal setting, and teamwork.

Get ready to immerse yourself in a festive shopping experience, supporting local businesses while indulging in complimentary refreshments.
