We offer personal loans, consolidation loans, and auto financing from $1,000 to $15,000. We also do mortgage loans, land only loans, and mobile home loans up to $75,000. Our office in Opelousas was opened August 4, 2000. The manager of the Opelousas office is Dawn Rayne Kahanek Brocato. She has been with 1st Franklin for 20 years. Dawn and her staff strive to give everyone that visits her branch the best customer service experience possible. The Opelousas office has won countless awards for their performance and top notch customer service over the years.
